Locally Grown Turf

We source the best turf in Central Oregon from McPheeters' Farm.
Since 1978, they have been growing turf in Central Oregon.
​
During peak season, we haul fresh from the farm Tuesday through Saturday.
​
Sod is delivered on pallets that are typically 400 square feet.
A pallet of sod weighs approximately 2500 lbs.
Slabs are 21 inches by 42 inches and weigh about 30 lbs.
​
We never do same day reservations for sod grass!

SOD LOADING POLICY
​

We Do Not Hand Load Turf !

​​​

We reserve pickup orders everyday Tue-Sat in half pallet increments.

We reserve any quantity on Wednesdays and Fridays

​

Availability of sod for smaller unreserved quantities

will be on Wednesdays and Fridays

and is always first come, first serve

at $10.00 per slab.

​​

All Reserved Orders over 100 square feet come palletized,

each pallet has a deposit of $30.00.

The refund of this deposit is subject to our

pallet return policy which is listed below.

Each pallet has a pallet maintenance charge of $3.00.

This charge may or may not be refundable depending

upon the condition in which the pallets are returned.

Customers are required to load all non palletized turf themselves!

Pallet Ruturn Policy

​

  • McPheeters Pallets will be refunded at the full price of $30.00, if returned within 30 days of purchase and accompanied by a receipt.

​​

  • McPheeters Pallets returned after 30 days will only be refunded $25.00 per pallet if accompanied by a receipt.

​​

  • McPheeters Pallets returned after 90 days or at any time without receipt will be refunded $20.00 per pallet.

Turf seed packages are $20 per Gallon Bag which covers about 500 square feet.

There is also a non-refundable $5.00 per pallet Diesel Fuel Surcharge, $3.00 per pallet Pallet Maintenance Charge, and a refundable $30.00 Deposit on each pallet
